APPS THAT
JUST
WORK.

We build mobile utility apps — cleaners, privacy tools, converters, and productivity utilities — engineered for real daily use and reliable long-term retention.

What we build

Seven categories.
One standard.

Every product we ship falls into one of these areas. Focused expertise over broad generalism.

Storage Cleaners

Junk-file detection, cache clearing, and duplicate removal. Built to perform reliably on the mid-range devices where storage constraints are real.

VPN & Privacy

Consumer VPN clients, DNS-level blockers, and tracker scanners. Data-minimisation architecture from the first commit, not retrofitted after launch.

File Converters

Document and media conversion — PDF, image, audio, video — processed on-device to keep files off third-party servers.

Camera & Scanner

Document scanners, QR readers, and watermark tools. Covers the everyday scanning and image-utility use cases the stock camera app skips.

Battery & Device

Battery monitors and background-process managers. Transparent about what an app can and cannot affect at the hardware level — no inflated claims.

Productivity Utilities

Focus timers, note tools, and calendar helpers. Single-purpose, zero bloat — disappears into a user's routine without demanding attention.

System Diagnostics

Hardware monitors, storage analytics, and network diagnostics for users who want to understand what is actually running on their device.

How we work

Same process.
Every time.

01
Define the single metric

Before any design work starts we agree on the one number that defines success for this product — day-7 retention, D30 conversion, store rating, uninstall rate. Everything in the build is optimised toward that number. If we can't agree on the metric, we don't start the build.

02
Prototype on real hardware

A clickable prototype is on a physical device within the first few weeks — tested by real users, not synthetic sessions. Core flows, onboarding, and the friction points that drive uninstalls are identified before any production asset is made. We fix problems at wireframe cost, not production cost.

03
Ship, measure, iterate

Production in two-week sprints with builds to TestFlight from sprint one. Soft launch in one market, live retention data informs the first iteration, then global rollout once key metrics are green. Post-launch monitoring and the first live update are included — not invoiced separately.

FAQ

Quick answers.

// What platforms do you build for?

iOS and Android, both. We target both platforms simultaneously or start single-platform for a faster initial launch, with the second platform added in a subsequent update. All utility categories are covered on both.

// Do you work on existing apps, or new builds only?

Both. New products from brief to launch, and existing live apps that need a feature overhaul, a monetisation rethink, or a performance rewrite. Bring us a brief and we'll scope it with a clear timeline and deliverables.

// How long does a typical project take?

A VPN or cleaner MVP from spec to store submission is typically eight to twelve weeks. A more complex utility with custom backend integrations runs twelve to sixteen. Scope and compliance requirements define the timeline — we tell you upfront, not halfway through.

// Do you offer white-label builds?

Yes. White-label utility and VPN apps — your branding, your store listing, your user data. We provide the infrastructure and production codebase; everything facing the end user is yours to own.

// What does the engagement actually include?

Brief, scope, design, development, App Store submission, review support, post-launch monitoring, and the first live update. We don't split those into separate invoices. One engagement, one team, one point of contact throughout.

Scope

Where we stop.

We don't build games or entertainment apps. Utility is a distinct discipline — different session logic, different retention models, different monetisation patterns. We've chosen to go deep in one category rather than shallow across many.

We don't take on projects we can't resource properly. When the studio is at capacity, we say so. We would rather pass on a project than accept it and deliver below standard. Ask about our current availability before starting a brief.

We don't build dark-pattern monetisation. No coerced subscription flows, no fake threat alerts, no artificial urgency screens. We design honest IAP and subscription mechanics — because apps built on deception churn fast and take your store rating down with them.

We don't publish apps on behalf of clients. We build them, submit them, and support them. The App Store account, the user data, and the distribution relationship stay yours. We are a development partner, not a publisher.
